Grandpa's Sexy Fried Chicken

Fried Chicken with Collards and Roasted Corn

There's nothing sexier than a little salt and pepper. Whether it's used as seasoning in your favorite dish or you just happen to be maturing like a fine aged wine, a little salt and pepper can go a long way. This week we are making a meal I learned from my Grandpa in law. Hence the title, Grandpa's sexy fried chicken. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks but an old dog can definitely teach a young pup some fantastic new moves. In the kitchen of course. There's is no food quite like the comfort food of fried chicken. So get ready to make your significant other so comfortable that they will want to undo a belt and possibly a button after enjoying this meal. Ingredients are listed below and the only thing I reccomend doing is Brining the chicken the day before. you can do this for up to 24 hours prior to cooking but try to brine for a minimum of 6. So if you just remember to brine the chicken in the morning you will be set for dinner and have some of the juciest tastiest fried chicken you have ever had. Ingedients are listed below. Prepare yourself to get sexy using the wisdom of an old dog with a few tricks left up his sleeve.

Love your show, you’re a hoot! Please feature Melanie and Dawn more often, they’re a great addition. Laura and I enjoy interacting with them at Terra Nostra.

I think you should create a meal membership where you travel to peoples houses and cook for dinner parties...pairing wines or other drinks with your meals.
